Himalaya Everest Base Camp Trek April 18th – May 9th 2013

The trek to Everest Base Camp is legendary. Walk in the foot steps of Sir Edmond Hillary. At the highest of our journey, Kalapathar, 5 300m you will be face to face Chomolugma, mother goddess of the world at 8 850 m. Join this trek with your guide J-F Carrey who himself stood on top of the world. He will help you train and prepare for this journey. Only a good overall physical fitness required. This 14 day trek will start in a little sherpa village called Lukla. The trekking schedules allows us enough time to acclimatize and achieve your goals. You will pass by multiple sherpa village and experience their hospitality. We will sleep and eat in sherpa lodges at the foot of the tallest mountains on earth.  Join this trek with the guidance and safety you need to reach your objective.

Day 03: Fly Kathmandu to Lukla, trek to Phakding

Day 04: Trek to Namche, lodge

Day 05: Acclimatization day hike to Khunde & Khumjung

Day 06: Acclimatization day hike towards Thame

Day 07: Trek to Tengboche, lodge

Day 08: Acclimatization day in Phortse

Day 09: Trek to Pheriche or Dingboche, lodge

Day 10: Acclimatization day, lodge

Day 11: Trek to Lobuje, lodge

Day 12: Acclimatization day

Day 13: Trek to Gorakshep, visit Kalapattar in the afternoon

Day 13: Visit Everest base camp

Day 14: Return to Pheriche

Day 15: Retun trek to Phortse

Day 16: Return trek to Namche

Day 17: Return trek to Lukla

Day 18: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu, transfer to Yak & Yeti
